Who should attend?
Federal and State personnel, including local law enforcement agencies, who are involved in preparing, implementing, and
monitoring a Federally-funded CVSP. States may choose to invite vendors with whom they have a contractual relationship. About 400-500 people typically attend.
Is there a cost to register?
There is no cost to register, but advanced registration is required. Travel costs are eligible for reimbursement using MCSAP funds.
How close is the hotel to the nearest airport?
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is approximately 16 miles from the hotel.
What are my parking options at the hotel?
On-site daily parking is available for a cost of $62.15 plus tax per day/per vehicle. Valet parking is available for $62.15 per day/vehicle. Electric car charging stations are available.
What are my options for getting to the hotel from the airport, and back to the airport?
Options for transportation to and from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport include:
- Transportation Network Companies (e.g., Lyft, Uber): Prices vary depending on the time of day
- Taxi: $15/per person/one way; $36/two people/one-way (on demand taxis available at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport and hotel)

- Note that the hotel does not provide shuttle service.
