The Records to Research (RTR) supplemental report for the Crash Record Completeness measure has been updated to exclude records that have been identified as not having a Driver. Previously, these records were still listed on the Records to Research report if some of the Driver fields were blank. This update only affects the Crash Record Completeness RTR report, not the measure.
