Materials Release:
Substances carried by a vehicle for its own use such as gasoline or oil are not considered "cargo" and would not constitute a release or spill if dispersed during a crash. Any other hazardous substance carried by the vehicle would be counted as a release if there was a breach of the cargo compartment allowing any volume of the substance contained to be spilled.
