Federal government websites often end in .gov or .mil. Before sharing sensitive information, make sure you’re on a federal government site.
The https:// ensures that you are connecting to the official website and that any information you provide is encrypted and transmitted securely.
If you are not an authorized user (FMCSA, State, or Motor Carrier), please return to the A&I home page.
Note: MCS-150 changes are updated monthly when the data is updated. If you modified your MCS-150 information after the snapshot date, April 28, 2023 your changes will not appear on this website until next month.
Motor carriers can log in using their U.S. DOT Number and FMCSA-issued U.S. DOT Number Personal Identification Number (PIN), NOT their Docket Number PIN. If you are experiencing PIN issues, visit our PIN Help page for additional assistance.
In the coming months, access by U.S. DOT Number and U.S. DOT Number PIN will be disabled on SMS and motor carriers will need to log in using the FMCSA Portal. To prepare for this transition, register for a Portal account today.
Motor carriers and enforcement users can now log in using their Portal ID and Password.
Motor carriers, if you need additional access assistance, please call 1-800-832-5660.
Carriers need an FMCSA-issued U.S. DOT Number and a U.S. DOT Number Personal Identification Number (PIN) (NOT a Docket Number PIN) to access the Safety Measurement System (SMS) website. If you are experiencing difficulties, please review the information below before contacting the CSA Web team for assistance.
