recommends that all motor carriers periodically verify the accuracy
of their SafeStat data. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety
Administration (FMCSA) has introduced a new system, DataQs, for filing concerns about Federal and State
data released to the public.

Motor Carriers can request corrections by using the new DataQs system or for non-participating states by contacting the state
directly (non-participating states: BC, ZA, ZB, ON, PR, VI).
